Armo began its activity with the production of the Tyrolean crib made in a sober, essential and timeless style in 1958. Soon the demand for these nativity figures grew so much that another nativity scene was created in the 1970s. This is the Baroque Crib, which, in contrast to the earlier cribs, was very rich in details and was immediately well received. In the mid-1990s, a new challenge arose: the Oriental Crib, a completely different nativity scene. Not just individual figures, but compositions. The Holy Family or the kings of the Oriental Crib are an example. About ten years later, in the era of modern cribs, the Naive Crib was created. The naive nativity figures are particularly loved by children.
